• Documenting and organising treatment procedures

Your experience and skills

• You have completed vocational training as a dental assistant
• You are motivated and passionate about the role and helping patients
• You are a friendly team player with a logical and organised way of working
• You will ideally have experience with Charly Solutio and up-to-date X-ray certification

Your responsibilities

• Creating treatment plans, payment plans and quotes
• Billing for dental, orthodontic and laboratory technology services (BEMA and GOZ)
• Corresponding with health insurance providers and other insurance companies, institutions and authorities
• Checking treatment entries, optimising billing processes and updating the database

Your experience and skills

• You have completed training as a dental assistant or dental administrative assistant and have practical experience of the financial side of the business (BEMA, GOZ, BEL BEB)
• You will ideally have experience with Charly Solutio
• You are a conscientious and independent worker with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and communicating effectively
• You do not lose sight of the bigger picture even in challenging situations
• You like working as part of a team and are interested in shaping the way we work at the practice

• You have completed training as a dental prophylaxis assistant or dental hygienist
• You enjoy your work, show empathy and care about the well-being of our patients
• You respect our patients’ uncertainties and fears and explain each stage of their treatment in straightforward terms
• You are a careful, conscientious, trustworthy and patient person who works independently
